Return and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and smooth return and cancellation process. Below you will find our terms for returning goods and exercising your right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item, in accordance with the law on distance contracts and contracts outside of business premises. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period via email at info@maxsimracing.com or by using our contact form on the website.

  • The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important: No Right of Withdrawal for Sales Outside the EU

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside the EU. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are not eligible for returns or cancellations, except in the case of complaints regarding defective or incorrect products (see the section on complaints).

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@maxsimracing.com and provide your order number and the product you wish to return.
  2. Approval: We will confirm your return request and provide instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return the item: Once the return is approved, you must send the item to our return address within 14 days.
  4. Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days, excluding any shipping costs.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened (e.g., cosmetics or underwear).

Complaints

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maxsimracing.com to report the issue. We will offer a replacement item or a refund depending on the situation.
