Shipping Information for Max Simracing AB
At Max Simracing AB, we offer shipping to most countries worldwide. If your country is not yet available as a shipping destination, please send us an email and we can prepare an offer for you.
The main requirements are that we need a minimum order of €200, and payment must be made before we ship the order. We cannot modify or add to an order that has already been placed. Additionally, we do not accept returns from countries outside the EU.
We always ship your orders with UPS, and the maximum length we can ship is 2500 mm. We always ship under DAP Incoterms. There may be additional charges when the goods pass through customs in your country, and you will be responsible for paying these. These charges may include VAT, import duties, administrative costs, or other fees.
For Shipping Outside the EU
- Orders from buyers in countries outside the EU or deliveries to countries outside the EU are governed by the provisions in this section, along with other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions that do not contradict these terms.
- The minimum order value is EUR 200 (in words: two hundred), in addition to shipping costs.
- Orders placed by the buyer cannot be modified.
- The delivery time for orders to countries outside the EU is longer than the standard delivery time and can be up to 14 business days.
- Goods ordered cannot be returned or exchanged for other goods.
- Orders placed with the seller may be canceled by the seller for reasons beyond the seller’s control. Any previously made prepayments will be refunded to the buyer.
- No VAT is charged on orders placed by buyers in countries outside the EU, but additional import duties may still apply.
- In certain cases, additional charges for which the seller will not be held responsible may be imposed on goods delivered to countries outside the EU. Additional charges may be imposed by banks (bank transfer, currency exchange) or as import duties or taxes. The aforementioned additional charges may also apply if payment is made from a non-EU country and/or if the goods are sent to an EU country.
- The buyer is responsible for the additional charges mentioned in point 8.
- The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and billing details.
- All goods will be shipped after prepayment and once the purchase amount has been credited to the seller’s bank account.
- All orders will be carried out under DAP ("Delivered At Place") terms. This means the seller is responsible for delivering the goods, ready for unloading, to the specified destination (often the buyer's business location). The seller assumes all risks and costs until the specified location, while the buyer is responsible for unloading and any customs clearance.
- Purchased goods will be shipped via the UPS shipping company.
- The maximum weight for a single package is 15 kg, meaning the buyer will need to pay for, for example, 4 packages if the total order weight is 60 kg.
- Before the goods are packed and shipped, photographs will be taken to document the condition of the goods. The seller is not responsible for damaged packages that the buyer accepts from the shipping company.
- The buyer should not accept damaged packages and should file a complaint with the shipping company.
- The seller will refund the purchase price without requiring the buyer to return or exchange the goods if the package has been delivered undamaged and the buyer can prove that the seller is responsible for a faulty shipment (e.g., missing items).
- The seller is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to extended customs clearance.
